Des has 20 years proven experience in running capital markets IT consultancies covering third party platforms including Summit, Murex, Front Arena, Sophis, Calypso and Kondor. He has built and sold two businesses, Excelian and Cititec, that have delivered products and services to clients across Europe, Asia/Pacific and North America.

Ian has owned, run and sold several businesses and is a qualified solicitor.

Marcus brings successful commercial experience to the Phi Partners’ Board, having founded Rule Financial Limited, subsequently acquired by GFT (2014).

Tom’s commercial track record includes the co-founding of Cowrie Financial Limited, in 2009, where he served as CEO and MD.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Neil is responsible for all revenue generating functions and strategies within Phi. This includes defining and executing the organisations client engagement & GTM strategy across the Lines Of Business as well as the broader partner & ecosystem function. Neil has spent a large majority of his career within the Financial Services Consulting industry where he was focussed on supporting global financial institutions to think through and execute their strategic and tactical initiatives. Prior to joining Phi, Neil served as a Partner in Accenture’s Capital Markets practice and most recently as the Global Vice President of Managed Services at the Fintech, Finastra.

As Chief Operating Officer John is responsible for leading and maturing our Professional Services strategy and producing favourable business outcomes for our customers. John is a proven senior leader in the Services, Sales, and Business Development industry with 28 years of experience in financial services enterprise software and services. Previously, he served as the Gobal Head of Professional Services at Allvue, responsible for all client engagements and outcomes, and prior to that, Vice President of Global Services at Finastra and was responsible for all implementation services conducted globally for the company’s Lending Business Unit.

Responsible for Solution Development, Pre-Sales and Marketing, Helen has more than 25 years’ experience of Trading Technology in a wide variety of technical and functional roles and leadership positions. Helen has overseen major transformation projects, application development projects, greenfield implementations, and support services. She has experienced financial technology from multiple perspectives having worked within front office, within application technology teams, and for a major software vendor prior to joining Phi.

Snehal has 15 years experience in Auditing, Accounting and Taxation dealing with wide range of clients with turnover in excess of £25m. He is qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002 and is now a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

As the Chief Business Operations Officer Daren is responsible for the operational performance of the business from the Company’s management system, the alignment of performance to the company strategy, executive reporting and key operational programs. Daren is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 25 years of experience across a mix of senior financial and operational roles in organisations such as HJ Heinz, IBM and Finastra.

Chris is a Chartered Accountant and has spent most of his executive career in private equity. During his 27 years at Baird Capital Partners Europe Limited he focused on investing in UK business service companies. He has subsequently developed a portfolio career and has sat on a number of private company boards as a Non-Executive Director or more frequently as Chairman as well as providing support for businesses and shareholders in M&A activities.

Paul has 35 years of international specialist staffing experience including in Software & Digital and Fintech. With 30 years at Board level, he has extensive international experience having launched ventures over 25 countries. Paul has been directly involved in over 20 successful M&A transactions and as founder and CEO he has built multiple mid-size specialist staffing companies and taken them through to exit or investment transactions.

Andrew has held senior leadership and executive positions at some of the world’s leading software businesses during a 30-year career in the software and software services sectors. As the EVP for Global Services at Finastra he led the company through its extremely successful transformation journey over a six-year period and now advises younger companies on their own transformation journeys.

Edouard joined Phi in July 2019 and has extensive professional experience in finance, particularly in Asset Management. Most recently, Ed has lead our Sophis division and oversees client implementations, migrations, and managed services.

Constantin, also known as Costy, joined Phi in February 2024 as the head of Summit services based in Bucharest. Costy is a Summit technical expert with more than 20 years of experience in capital market systems. He has vast experience in delivery management, process workflow, and people management and is meticulous about every aspect of his work.

Ionut has a strong background in leading high-performance teams, delivering robust trading solutions and ensuring business stability. His career highlights include managing multi-million dollar programs and leading technology initiatives that significantly reduced costs and improved performance.

Christoph has more than 25 years of IT experience and has worked in various positions mainly in Summit and Sophis. He is currently Head of Managed Services at Phi Partners and has worked in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Singapore, Japan and Nepal. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and has recently obtained the ITIL Managing Professional certification.

Ivo has more than a decade in relevant technical and leadership positions providing architecture and engineering services for AWS transformation programmes. He is an AWS Ambassador with a proven track record helping financial institutions unlock scalability, cost efficiency and innovation.

Chidi leads our Murex Services division. With over 20 years of experience in Financial Services and Capital Markets, he has held various delivery and functional roles, as well as leadership positions, focusing on providing robust solutions to complex business challenges. Chidi enables organizations to thrive by leveraging innovative technologies, including trading platforms (Murex, Calypso, Summit), cloud services, and data management.

Justin has a track record of establishing IT consultancy services from scratch, from leadership positions across EMEA. Bilingual in French and English, he has specialised in consulting across software programming, data engineering and digital transformation within financial services. Justin enjoys cultivating a high-performance sales culture and thrives on building meaningful relationships with his clients.

Les is a highly experienced Technology Sales Director with over 25 years experience in Bluechip Financial Services organisations across multiple technology disciplines. He has established a strong commercial background as a leading capital markets expert within global markets and thrives on building deep relationships with executives across the Investement Banking and Trading community.

Harry has over 10 years experience working in the Trading Application space. After starting his career at Phi Partners, Harry worked for both First Derivatives and Capco.

Tarrent has 17 years of Capital Markets consulting experience and is currently the Managing Director, sales focusing on the Murex and Quantitative services lines of business. Tarrent has successfully opened two offshore managed services centres in Cape Town, South Africa. Previous experience includes roles at Citi Bank, State Street and Luxoft.

Hailing from Milan, Tommaso has led numerous Sales and Research teams over the last decade.

Romain started his career as a Credit Risk Analyst working at BNP Paribas in London before joining Phi Partners in 2017 as a Researcher. He is currently Managing Director, in charge of sales for France, Benelux and French Speaking Africa. He holds a Master’s degree in Management as well as an MBA in Audit and Advisory which he obtained from Excelia Business School.

As the Global Head of Delivery Operations, Dragos is responsible for all operational activities involving our delivery teams and the clients they work for. Working for 15 years in the IT industry in large technology enterprises, he has gained a wide range expertise in presales, project management and delivery/delivery operations management. Based in Bucharest, Dragos joined Phi Partners in 2016 as a Delivery Manager and moved shortly afterwards into his current role of Head of Delivery Operations.

Joining Phi in 2021 as Head of IT, Paul has held a variety of leadership positions over 22+ years of experience across financial and government sectors in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Support, Technical Project management, and Cyber and Information security services.

As the Commercial Director, Iain is responsible for advising the executive leadership and the board on business/legal risks and best practice in commercial contract management; and reviewing, drafting and negotiating client contract and tender documents for the sales team. Iain has degrees in economics and law and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. Over the past 25 years, he has held a variety of commercial, vendor management, legal and sales strategy roles in companies such as ParentPay, AIA, Nutanix and DXC/CSC.

Vlad has 15 years of experience and is one of the first hires in the Romanian branch. He had a variety of strategic roles in Phi Partners mainly around Legal, Compliance & HR and is currently the Head of Legal & Compliance. He holds a degree in both Law & Psychology.
